In 2011, the White County Farm Bureau Board of Directors launched a Foundation. The mission of the Foundation is...
"Supporting educational and charitable activities that benefit agriculture in White County."
The Foundation was established to seek out donations from individuals and businesses to help further the role agriculture plays in our White County communities. We plan to accomplish this through the following initiatives...
1. Seek financial support for the awarding of collegiate scholarships to local youth who will be majoring in an ag-related field of study.
2. Support agricultural literacy efforts through Farm Bureau's Ag in the Classroom program.
3. Support community programs that benefit the agricultural industry.
The Foundation allows individuals and businesses to contribute to activities and be able to claim a tax deduction as part of their charitable giving.
The Foundation can receive gifts of cash, life insurance, land, estate donations, memorial bequeaths, as well as other financial giving. We can also hold your donations in a donor-advised fund, so you and your family can make decisions on how your donation is dispersed.
Please consider giving to the White County Farm Bureau Foundation today. Your gift can leave a long-term legacy for the agricultural community of White County.
